We're for safe transportation.
At the end of 2021, Resource Group became one of the first transportation companies to sign an agreement with the Federal Transport Supervision Service, demonstrating its openness and willingness to cooperate in transportation safety improving. Throughout 2022, several meetings were held between the company and the agency to promote cooperation. This year, we made history as the first company to publicly invite the Federal Service for Supervision of Transportation to jointly inspect our subsidiaries’ activities.
Thus, from August through November, working meetings were held with representatives of the Interregional State Road Supervision Departments (UGADN) on the territories of the holding’s subsidiaries (ResourceTrans, RT Line, and IPOPAT) subdivisions in several cities — Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Vladivostok, Ulan-Ude, Irkutsk, Chita, Perm, and Izhevsk.
In the course of preventive visits, UGADN employees checked the process of releasing transport on route, compliance with the legislation, observance of labour and rest regime of employees, availability and maintenance of necessary documentation, etc.
In addition, our employees demonstrated the use of modern technologies that help to automate a number of processes, which also has a positive impact on transportation safety: issuance of electronic waybills, usage of Technical Inspection mobile app, conducting remote medical examinations, monitoring the quality of driving in 1C:ATP, etc.
At the end of the inspection, UGADN employees conducted preventive briefings and gave recommendations for further work improvement.
“Strict compliance with all legislative and regulatory acts in the sphere of transportation services is one of the guarantees of the company’s successful work. Therefore, Resource Group pays special attention to improving road safety.
Based on the positive experience gained during the inspections, a mutual desire was voiced to continue and extend this practice to other territorial subdivisions of the company’s branch offices. Therefore, at the meeting with the Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transportation — Aleksandr Prokhodtsev — it was decided to draw up a schedule for inspections of all the branch offices for 2024.
I am confident that such events contribute to road safety improving and allow us to have an open dialog with the authorities,” said Sergey Abramov, Technical Director of Resource Group.
