Resource Group introduces robotization into business processes

Resource Group Federal Transport Holding Company announces a new step in its digital transformation – an introduction of a robotization platform based on artificial intelligence Sherpa RPA.

The pilot integration of the platform took place in the company's financial block. One of the first processes robotized at Resource Group was an automated P-1 forms filling in within reporting to government agencies. The robot collects information from the company's information systems and fills in the forms, the department employee only has to approve them and send them. Sherpa RPA robots optimize many other business processes of the company, significantly reducing the load on the company personnel.

"Our company has long been practicing a modern approach to transportation organization, focusing on IT products and technologies utilization. The use of Sherpa RPA robots in Resource Group's operations is a further step to optimize our business processes. I would like to emphasize the simplicity and speed of the platform integration," Igor Bykovsky, IT Deputy Director General of Resource Group, said about the project implementation.
